BLACK VINEGAR PORK

INGREDIENTS
3 strips Streaky pork chopped 2 cloves Garlic sliced 2 tbsp Cooking oil 2 tsp Ginger minced 1/3 cup Chinese black vinegar 3 tbsp Kecap manis 1 cup Water 3 tsp Sugar 3 drops Sesame oil 2 pinches MSG (optional) 1 tsp Corn Flour mixed in 1/3 cup Water
Marinade 1 tsp Sugar 1 tbsp Soya sauce

METHOD
Chop the pork strips into chunks
Add the marinade ingredients and mix well
Heat the cooking oil in a deep saucepan on high heat
Add the pork and fry until it browns
Add the garlic
Add ginger and reduce heat to medium
Add black vinegar
Add kecap manis
Add water and stir well
Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 30 minutes
Add sugar
Add the corn flour / water mix and stir well
Add MSG (optional)
Add sesame oil
Serve on boiled rice with your choice of vegetable dish
