1 bunch Tong Hoe

3 cloves Garlic bruised

3 tbsp Cooking oil

1 tsp Chicken stock powder

1 tsp Sugar

1 tsp Crispy prawn chilli (sambal udang)

Salt to taste

Remove any hard stalks from the vegetable



Bruised the unpeeled garlic



Put the cooking oil in a fry pan on medium high heat and add the garlic



Add chicken stock powder



Add salt



Add sugar



Add the tong hoe



Add the crispy prawn chilli



This is an unusual vegetable with an unusual flavour.
