PORK & BLACK BEAN

INGREDIENTS
500g Pork, sliced |

METHOD
Place the corn flour and 1/2 Tsp of salt in with the pork and mix through well. Leave to sit for 30 minutes.
Mash the black beans
Heat a pan and add the garlic. Fry until fragrant.
Add the onion and fry until it begins to soften.
Add the ginger
Add the black beans
Stir briefly then add in the pork
Add the oyster sauce
Add the soya sauce
Add the sugar
Add the salt
Fry until cooked and serve on boiled rice with your choice of vegetable dish.
