6 Chicken drumsticks
1 tbsp Babas chilli powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
4 tbsp Kentucky seasoning flour
1 tsp Salt
Cooking oil for deep frying in a wok.

Cut slits on the chicken drumsticks.

Rub salt all over the drumsticks.


Mix chilli powder and turmeric in a bowl.

Rub the drumsticks with the chilli/turmeric mix.


Put the Kentucky flour in a bowl and add any remaining chilli/turmeric.

Now coat the drumsticks with the flour making sure to push flour into the cuts.


Put aside in the fridge for at least an hour.


Heat oil in a wok and deep fry chicken until golden brown and well cooked.


Serve on rice with your choice of vegetable
