500g Mackerel meat (minced)
1/2 tsp White pepper
1 tsp Corn flour
1/2 tsp Salt
Pinch of MSG (optional)




Mince the fish into a very fine paste and place in a bowl.


Add salt

 Add MSG (optional)

 Add pepper


 Add the corn flour


 Put some water into a separate bowl and add some salt.

 Wet your hands in the salt water.

 Pick up a hand full of the fish mixture.


 Squeeze the paste in your hand and allow a small amount to come up through a gap formed by your thumb and index finger.

 Drop the resulting ball into a soup mix like that used with Pork and noodle soup and allow the fish balls to cook.
