21 Brussel sprouts cleaned and halved
2 tbsp Cooking oil
1 tsp Chicken stock powder
3 cloves Garlic chopped
1/2 cap Shao xing wine
Salt and sugar to taste.
Water (if the Brussels start to dry out).

Clean the outer leaves off and chop off any excess stems. Chop the brussels in half.


Heat oil in a wok and add the garlic. Fry until fragrant.


Add the brussel sprouts.



Add the chicken stock


Fry the brussels and add a small amount of water if they start to dry out too much.


As the dish nears completion add salt, sugar and the Shao xing wine.
